Who We Are Link to heading

RedRoom is a cyber security focused student society in ECU, where our focus is on learning and developing our skills. We are run by a group of passionate students who try to share their knowledge with their fellow students.

What We Do Link to heading

We participate in Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions, run workshops on various computer science and cyber security topics, and have weekly meet up sessions, where you can socialise with others, or participate in some of our monthly CTF-based activities.

🕵️ RedRoom Hackathon 🕵️

Hey everyone, RedRoom is back with another all-night cyber security hackathon, and this one is going to be a long one 👀 Join us for an afternoon-to-early-morning dual Capture The Flag event that blends physical challenges with hands-on cyber hacking.

We’ll kick things off at 3:00pm with a physical CTF game. Once that wraps up, we’ll transition into an all-night cyber CTF, where the flags keep flying until 2:00am.

Bring your laptop, your hoodie, and your stamina — this one’s for the dedicated 😈

We are happy to announce that RedRoom is now affiliated with ECU Guild! This means we are now an independent club and able to host more events for the future!

We thank the Computing and Security Student Association for aiding our club during our attempts to revive it.
